🔹Pistachios is a measure to show the coarseness or fineness of pistachios, usually pistachios up to 25 anas are included in the range of large and fine pistachios and from 26 anas upwards in the range of small and exportable pistachios.
🔹 To measure the weight of smiling pistachios, first, a weight of 142 grams is placed in one bottom of the weighing scale, and then pistachios are poured into the other bottom so that the two bottoms of the scale are balanced. Then the pistachios are divided into groups of 5, and each group is called an ounce of smiling pistachios.
🔹 Dahan Bast pistachio, in addition to the ounce (an ounce of Dahan Bast pistachio is also measured like an ounce of smiling pistachio), has another parameter called the amount of brain heat.
100 grams of closed pistachios are broken and the core is removed, and then the core is weighed. The value of the number shown (in addition to the vision of the core) represents the quality and quantity of closed pistachios (so that from 100 grams of closed pistachios, 50 g of the brain is extracted, it means that the quality of the pistachio is acceptable)
